On Thursday, September 10th, residents, family members and staff enjoyed a festive BBQ thanks to Paul Spinola, culinary director, Alison Cox, Activity Director and their outstanding teams.   The rain changed the plans a bit but suddenly the first floor of Seacoast was transformed into  BBQ Central complete with picnic tables and checkered table cloths.   Spirits weren’t dampened thanks to the lively music and delicious BBQ dinner.  The evening ended with a visit from the ice cream truck delivering treats to all.
