You are welcome to request an upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, or place your membership on hold for up to 3 months each year. We will need your written request for any changes 30 days prior to your scheduled draft. Unenrolling from a Program We want you to love your program! If you are not satisfied in the first two weeks of the session, you can request to unenroll and you will receive a full refund. After 2 weeks from the program start date, no refunds will be issued.
