Calling all kids ages 7-13! Did you know that Crossfit Cape Ann offers a kids program? The goal of this program is to create a life long love of exercise while building confidence and community. Athletes will learn baseline exercise skills built on proper mechanics and quality form. Agility, coordination, balance, and speed are just a few of the skills we work on in class!
