I will be leading a FREE kick off class and meeting on Monday, October 1 from 7:45 to 8:45 PM. We will get everyone landed and comfortable coming into the studio, where to put your shoes, what to wear, how to set up a mat, etc. We’ll show you how you can modify the practice and poses to meet your current level of strength and flexibility and how to keep your cool when the temperature is 95 degrees. The class will also count as 1/15 you’re committing to do in October. By the end of your first evening you will have any and all questions answered and be on your way towards a successful Sober October.
After that – it’s up to you to make it 14 more classes during the month. We have classes almost all day every day – you can see our schedule here.
