This master class is for the student who desires to go deeper. Expect Anna’s signature offering with more time for nuanced posture breakdown, detailed anatomical explanation and yoga philosophy discussion. Anna will be practicing alongside the group as we work progressively towards more intricate postures.
$30/each or $75 for all three
Anna has been a dedicated student of yoga for over 15 years and a teacher for 10. Her passion and commitment to the practice is apparent by the depth and integrity of her teaching. She is known for her calm voice, clear instruction and creative, intelligent sequencing. Anna gently asks that her students be aware, intentional, curious, dedicated and open. Forever a student, she has completed numerous yoga and non-yoga trainings, as well as leading her own teacher trainings, retreats and workshops.
LEARN TO MEDITATE WITH SUSAN HIMML
Sundays, April 28 and May 5, 6:00-8:00 PM This introductory 2 session course will help you to explore the basics of meditation. It will simplify the process and prepare you to receive your own personal mantra at a later date if you choose to. Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras, to disconnect us from the activity of life. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis will help you:
