BREATHING PRACTICES aka Pranayama
SUN SALUTATIONS- have you felt like you can’t keep up? Not sure of terminology or modifications? The difference between Cobra and Upward Facing Dog, Chaturunga, Plank and Low Plank? Why we use variations and modifications?
We’ll slow down, explore it all, answer questions, find what poses best fit your body. We’ll finish with a Restorative Pose and guided relaxation in Savasana.
