Thursday Nov 12th Streaming Nia and Restorative Yoga Classes cancelled due to tooth extraction Classes resume on Monday, Nov 16th

The tooth fairy is not my friend these few months.  Sadly a tooth that has been on the edge for a year gave up the ghost last weekend.  I have an appointment with the endontist on Thursday am to take out the tooth.  So no Nia or Restorative Yoga on Thursday.  Classes resume on Monday November 16th!
