Please join Treetop Yoga’s Sharon Esker (RYT-500) and Katie Kilty, leadership coach and certified Gifts of Imperfection™ facilitator, in a six-week series based on The New York Times best-selling book, The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown. In six weekly 90-minute sessions, we will explore Brown’s “Ten Guideposts for Wholehearted Living” with gentle movement, active reflection, and artistic expression. We will learn and grow together as we celebrate our authenticity, nurture our resilience, and build new habits within our supportive community. If you appreciate Brené Brown, her books, and podcast, you will love participating in this workshop. This series will be held virtually through Zoom.

Sharon Esker (RYT-500) has been a student of yoga for more than 20 years, and a lifelong lover of movement. She offers dynamic vinyasa flow yoga – always with multiple variations for postures and light-hearted humor – to meet her students however they arrive on their mats. Sharon’s classes feature intelligent sequences with concise alignment cues that accommodate all levels of students from the beginning yogi to the advanced. Her ultimate goal is for her students to feel strong, calm, and ready to take on the challenges of living and working in today’s world.
Katie Kilty, Ed.D. is an experiential learner with an adventurous spirit, driven by curiosity and innovation. As a leadership coach, educator and facilitator she works collaboratively with organizations and individuals to create sustainable cultures of excellence and wellbeing. She is a certified Daring Way™, Rising Strong™, Dare to Lead™, and Gifts of Imperfection™ facilitator.
