Stott Pilates – Coming Soon! We’re so excited to bring Pilates to our Y! Pilates is an excellent physical exercise with a focus on concentration, centering and breathing. It can also sharpen participants’ mental faculties and help to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance concentration and improve sleeping habits.  As Joseph Pilates stated, “Pilates is a complete coordination of body, mind and spirit”.
