STOTT PILATES®
We’re so excited to bring STOTT PILATES® to our Cape Ann Y!
Pilates is an excellent physical exercise with a focus on concentration, centering and breathing. It can also sharpen participants’ mental faculties and help to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance concentration and improve sleeping habits.
