Free Streaming Nia and Restorative Yoga Classes via Zoom with Linda for the Week of July 12th

Come join us as we celebrate great American composer, Leonard Bernstein and lyricist Stephen Sondheim. Great songs and lyrics that still apply to issues of today. Unusual rythyms and contemporary takes on the original score.

For Restorative Yoga, find some cushions, large books, yoga blocks, blankets, whatever you can use instead of bolsters and blocks.  We make it work.  For more information on Restorative yoga, check out my site, niawithlinda.com.  It is a lovely passive practice that gives the participant relaxation and calm. Who couldn’t use that right now.

Getting to know Harmeling PT

We’ve spent the last few weeks getting to know the staff of Harmeling PT’s Gloucester office. This week, we’re featuring clinic manager Scott Kulesa, MSPT! Chances are if you’ve been treated in our Gloucester office, you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Scott himself!

Scott is originally from Long Island, NY. He came to Massachusetts to attend Northeastern University to pursue his masters degree in physical therapy. He’s been with HPT since 2003, and has worked in and managed the Gloucester office since it opened in 2009.

Scott loves to spend his free time with his wife and 3 young children. Together they enjoy hiking, biking, traveling, and playing sports. He loves watching his kids play soccer, baseball, and flag football.

One of the things Scott loves most about working in Gloucester are all of the great Cape Ann residents he has met and treated over the past 12 years. He truly feels like he has become family with many of the patients that he’s seen for multiple issues over the years.

If you need to get set up for some physical therapy, make sure you give our Gloucester office a call at (978) 283-0888 and get set up for an evaluation!

Getting to know the Harmeling PT family!

In this week’s edition of Harmeling PT’s Meet the Family series, we’re getting to know Elizabeth Norcini! Elizabeth has been with the practice since 2016, starting first as a rehab aide in our Wenham office, and working her way up to managing the front desk in our Gloucester location!

Elizabeth graduated from Gordon College in 2016, with a BS in Kinesiology. She ran on the cross country team during her time there, and was able to stay involved with the program after graduating by helping out as an assistant coach for Gordon’s cross country and track and field teams for 2 years. Elizabeth grew up in Pennsylvania, but has lived on the North Shore since college. She loves the outdoors, and especially enjoys exploring all the trails and beaches in and around the North Shore. She has worked at Harmeling for the past 5 years and is consistently encouraged and energized by meeting and getting to know patients over the time that they spend here.

Need to get in for PT? Give the Gloucester office a call at (978) 283-0888 and Elizabeth or one of our other fantastic employees will get your scheduled!
