Bitter cold, blizzards, astronomical high tides. Another New England winter is upon us, and Treetop Yoga offers the opportunity to escape to Costa Rica for one week of warm weather, beautiful sunsets, Blue Zone dining, and Wanderlust. Even if you are not an experienced yogi, all are welcome. (see end of post for workshop to prepare for this trip)
Luxury Suites feature a living room with a sofa (first level suites have a sofa-bed), mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven or microwave oven, wet bar, breakfast seating area and a large ceiling fan. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, closet, desk, safe box, large ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has solar heated water. Total area is approximately 525 sq. feet.
Nestled on the edge of a conservation easement in the unassuming town of Nosara, all that separates you from the surf of Playa Guiones is a trail through the lush forest. Towering Guanacaste trees and native plants seamlessly blend the amenities of Olas Verdes boutique Hotel Costa Rica with the allure of the adjacent wildlife refuge. Morning and afternoon yoga classes with master teacher Susan Himml offered daily, other optional activities (for additional cost) include:
Horseback Riding
Ziplining
Surf School
Wildlife Tours
Hiking
Volunteering
SUP Tours
Massages
Feel free to come as a solo traveler (we will try to match you with a roommate if desired) or bring a friend or family member. Although this is a yoga retreat, there is plenty to do for anyone choosing not to do yoga.
Double Occupancy $1795, Single Occupancy $2695
