PEACEFUL PARENTING:

Parenting can be joyful and stressful.
We have the capacity to bring harmony into our family life. This workshop is designed to provide parenting tools to calm some of the chaos in our homes and to offer simple techniques of mindfulness to connect us to ourselves, our children, and to others.
Jen is a yoga teacher, co-creator of Soulcation Retreats and former K-12 school teacher. As a life long learner, she is excited to bring her knowledge of psychology (BS), education (MA), mindfulness, and real-life living as a mother of two young children to the Treetop community. Find out more about Jen at www.jenmusseryoga.com
Bring an open heart and a journal for note taking. This class is discussion-based and is not a yoga or movement workshop. REGISTER HERE
