Every body is a yoga body! Chair yoga is for every body.Chair yoga offers traditional yoga postures with the stability and support of a chair. Sharon’s accessible sequences will strengthen your muscles and improve mobility, while cultivating mindfulness.
Chair yoga is designed for all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions. Even better, this practice is something you can easily take out of the studio and into your home or office.
Whether you have never experienced yoga before or have been practicing for years, this workshop will guide you in developing a supported practice.
