Current routine will be our homage to Broadway. You can be a Broadway diva in your living room. No critics, whew!
Last Thursday’s test went pretty well. I did get a new cord so I’m hoping the music will be of better quality. It did in a test session yesterday, but you never know!
So here is how it works. It will be easier for you if you download the Zoom client for meetings for a desktop or laptop, or the app for phones and tablets.
Click here for the link to download the client or the app
Then click on this link which takes you to my web site and a list of the week’s classes
Click on the right class link. Otherwise you will be all alone!
If you have downloaded the client/app, the meeting will open automatically in that interface.
If you have not downloaded the app/client, it should open in a web browser.
You can join early and sit in the waiting room. Just like a doctor’s waiting room but better. Once there, turn on the “start video” button at the bottom of the screen. That will allow you to see others and for them to see you. If you want to be incognito, don’t start the video.
I’ll leave the audio open till the class starts. If I leave the audio on, it interferes with my audio and we can’t have that! I’ll open it up at the end but if you need to get my attention, you can raise your hand. It is an icon in the middle of the bottom of the screen. I will see it and I can stop and turn you mic on. Such fun!

So find some space in your isolation chamber, I mean your home. Clear it out so you don’t kill yourself banging into a lamp or dresser.
We will survive this but things like streaming classes this will keep us together. Sorry two song titles in one sentence, my bad.
Love to all and stay healthy,
Linda Wilkes
