14-Day Trial at Crossfit Cape Ann

Not sure if CFCA is right for you? We offer a 14 day trial membership for $65 so you can test the waters before fully committing to improving your health/fitness and life!  Trial memberships start with a private intro session with one of our coaches. The intro will give you an opportunity to check out our facility, learn more about our program, watch an actual class in progress and learn some of the basic movements that we use on a regular basis. More importantly, it’s a chance for us to get to know you… (your goals, athletic background, previous injuries) and address any questions or concerns that you may have. This session generally lasts 40-60 mins. Once you have completed your intro… come to class as much as you want for the next 14 days! Get a feel for our workouts, our coaches and our supportive community. When the 14 days are up… let us know if you think CFCA is the right fit for you. Email us get started! info@crossfitcapeann.com

Kettlebell Class at Crossfit Cape Ann

Come join us tonight (and every Tuesday night) for our weekly Kettlebell Class at 5:30PM. No previous kettlebell experience required and your first class is FREE! If you have never tried kettlebells – come check it out! They combine aspects of strength and cardiovascular work into one simple and effective tool. Crossfit Kids uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength, conditioning, teamwork and self confidence.

CLIMBING at CFCA

Come check out our bouldering wall at Crossfit Cape Ann! We have a 400Sq/Ft of climbing on boulder & endurance problems of varying steepness for all different abilities from beginner to advanced!

Every Wednesday night is open bouldering at CFCA from 6:30-8pm. No climbing experience or equipment required. $5 drop in fee for Non Members. First visit is free.

CFCA Kids Program Starts January 8th!

CrossFit Cape Ann is excited to relaunch our CrossFit Kids classes! The goal of this program is to create a life long love of exercise while building confidence and community. Athletes will learn foundational exercise skills based on proper mechanics and quality form. Agility, coordination, balance, and speed are just a few of the skills we’ll be working on in class! We will teach overall health through nutrition and consistent exercise to help build strong habits at an early age. We have a lot to teach but having fun is always a priority! All classes will be taught by knowledgeable, certified CrossFit Kids Instructors. Coaches Kara Gallagher and Jaime MacDonald  have a combined experience of 10 years as CrossFit athletes and 4 years as CrossFit instructors.

Meet the Crossfit Cape Ann Coaches!

Our coaches run every class as a teacher, a resource for questions, a motivator, a support system, and a safety supervisor. Our coaches are responsible for ensuring that your form is correct and that the exercise volume and load is adjusted to your current fitness level. Sometimes they may give you a nudge if needed to push it little more and other times they may encourage you to slow down. Beyond that, our coaches make themselves available to meet with our current members to discuss realistic goals, nutrition and to help them establish positive lifestyle practices. Our coaching staff is truly the best around!
