I know from personal how challenging it can be to Stop Smoking. I bring many years of personal and professional experience to my practice to help others stop.

After a 22 pack+ per day history of smoking, this year I celebrated 20 years smoke-FREE. Like many, I began as a teenager; that age of rebellion where we often feel invincible and give into peer pressure. After 5 years of smoking, I wanted to stop. It took me 17 years using a combination of conventional, complementary and integrative healthcare. Worst thing I ever did was start smoking. BEST thing I ever did was to STOP smoking,

Tried before without success? Or resumed after months or years smoke-free? It’s never too late to STOP! Studies show that those that are persistent in their efforts eventually quit. You receive health benefits when you stop, even after years of smoking. My oldest client to stop was 85 years old. Her final years were healthier, with more energy and stamina and a sense of pride.

Additional counseling may be recommended for those with a history of anxiety, depression or post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD.)

  1. A nice reminder to those who are struggling to stop smoking, which is an addiction one. After it has been made an offence to smoke in public we rarely hear about passive smokers. Before, it was a manace for non-smokers. A very good wake up call for persistent smokers about its benefits on stop smoking. Very nice of you ma’am. Thanks.
