Enjoy an evening of maximum relaxation as you are guided through a series of supportive, relaxing restorative poses and given gentle Thai Yoga assists. TWO HOURS of complete pampering and deep therapy for the body, mind and heart–you will be floating!

Thai bodywork involves palming, pressing and passive joint movements. The bodyworker uses her hands, feet, elbows, fingers and knees to gently knead tight muscles with a soothing rhythm that brings the brain into a dream-like state. You will be buzzing with a light and natural flow of prana that will both sooth and energize your body, mind connection.

Advanced sign up is strongly recommended due to a class limit of 10 so that each student receives specialized attention and massage.
