Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC is excited to host Kyle Russell of Crystal Concentrics seasonally, as we use Crystals this time, to tap into Spring (and Earth Mother) energies. Being held on Mothers Day weekend, Friday May 10th, 2019 (from 7-9pm).

We’ll be Learning, Meditating, and Sharing – tapping into Mother Earth and her extraordinary capacity for renewal – with a whole new set of Crystals selected by Kyle specifically for this occasion.

You’ll be working directly with the stones, and he’ll have our chosen varieties available for sale afterwards.

Illumination 1 day retreat ~

Join Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC and North Shore Restorative Yoga in Magnolia, MA in letting us introduce you to your true self…. for a special day of retreat to rejuvenate and clarify your 2018 New Year Intentions.

Prepare to Pamper yourself on this special day to merge and ground your New Year intentions through yoga, Ayurveda, mini massage, reiki and vision boards where mind-body and heart meets lifestyle tools that will manifest your wildest dreams for 2018.

To bring your dreams to life, we will begin with a crystal sound meditation led by Kathryn Schroeder and Wyndee Egan to illuminate your intention. Then use your body and breath during a slow flow yoga session led by Katie Schroeder to express and harmonize your purpose.

Break for a nourishing lunch (included) with time to illuminate your intentions on paper. Create your 2018 vision board, experience a bit of reiki and massage. An interactive Ayurvedic discussion with food and oil sampling with Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC will help you reflect on the practical shifts for change and transformation.

In the afternoon you will relax into a restorative yoga session using crystals with Katie and Wyndee and open up to all the support around you.

We will end the day with a collective sharing and ceremony to inspire you to lead your happiest, healthiest life.
