Daylight Savings time begins tonight, Sunday, March 8th at 2:00 AM. This means the time will move forward 1 hour, 2:00 AM will change to 3:00 AM.

This is also a good time to change the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors and to make sure they are in working order.

In this workshop we’ll drop into a space of self-study, discovering techniques to ease stress and unravel tension in the body. Learn to navigate the myofascial meridians, which are long fibrous pathways of connective tissue that contract and adhere from habitual movement, poor posture, inflammation, injury and surgery. We’ll combine self-massage through myofascial and trigger point release, alignment based movement and breath awareness to relax the muscles, improve blood flow and lymphatic circulation. The use of different props and tools allows us to unlock myofascial restrictions, improving your ability to sense where and how your body moves through space with gained awareness. You’ll leave with a greater sense of freedom in your own skin, feeling balanced, inspired and living better in your own body.

Creating ceremony, ritual and offering sacred sound is a means to connect with one’s self on an intimate and personal level. Gentle guidance through meditation invites relaxation – turning inward, expanding outward.

Listen to your heart. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and bells transport and heal you.

Sound vibration is a powerful tool to help recalibrate the body, mind and spirit. Feel yourself relax and melt away during this time dedicated just for you.

Please bring anything that will aid in your comfort, we will have yoga mat, blanket, bolsters & eye pillow. Bring your crystals to energize them with your intentions and the vibrations of the crystal bowls.

Kids Yoga and Playtime- Ongoing

kids yoga holiday week
An opportunity for your children to play, have fun, and strike some yoga poses while you have the opportunity to get to your mat.
During the 9:15 am Vinyasa Flow classes on Monday, Thursday & Friday, and the 12pm Vinyasa Flow Hour on Tuesday, parents can drop off their children for some enriching fun.  Class will start with time for free play with sensory-based toys, stuffed animals, coloring, books, and blocks. Kids will then gather in a circle for a children’s yoga class that focuses on movement, music, balance, breath, mindfulness, and FUN! While you are in Savasana in the Sun Studio, your children will be ending their time below in the Moon Studio on the mat with calming music. Caregivers and children will reunite after they both enjoy energetic flows and calming breathwork.
Instructors all have experience with preschool and elementary children and are all certified yoga instructors.
– Free for Treetop Yoga Members with online sign up beforehand.
– $5 Drop In for anyone taking Vinyasa Flow at the same time – Sign up at desk for $5 price.
– $15 Drop In for kids whose parents prefer not to participate in yoga (5 Class Card for $70, 10 Class Card for $130). Online sign ups available.
Limited to 15 children each day.
Kids must be at least 3 years old and able to separate from caregivers.
*Members should create an account for their children then attach children to their membership so they can sign up ahead of time.
