Includes instruction, discussion, practice, meditation, attunements (Reiju,) manual, ongoing mentoring and much more. Learn the history of Reiki Ryoho, techniques for self-reiki and self-care, potential benefits and use of reiki, reiki research, ethics and boundaries, and the reiki precepts (gokai) that guide our daily practice.
