Stress can and is often a daily part of our lives. The fight or flight response can occur when an individual is subjected to severe stress such as a threatening situation or a resistant or hostile event.

As mediation is practiced regularly, we find that we are able to handle everyday problems in a calmer and more relaxed manner. We increase our coping skills and find a new inner strength.

Monthly ‘Community Reiki Share’ 1st Tuesday Every Month.

Next Community Reiki Share – Tuesday. February 2nd. 5:15 – 8:15 P.M. $20.00 Suggested Donation. Portion of monthly proceeds donated to charitable fund-raising, local and abroad. In 2015 we contributed to Open Door, Wellspring, SeniorCare Inc, Mother of Grace Club, Reid’s Ride, Cheryl’s Healing Journey, and a group helping to feed, clothe and educate children in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya, to name a few. Contact us if you have a charitable organization or fundraiser and would like to partner with us. Those organizations we partner with are welcome to attend as our guests.

This month’s Reiki Share proceeds to help benefit the Tyack family in Essex MA. Thank you E.J. for letting us know this family was in need of prayer and financial support! For those unable to attend the Reiki Share, you can still contribute on-line at –

Come early to enjoy the 5:30 pm meditation and Japanese reiki practices of a mawashi (circle) and open reiju (attunement.) Or pre-register for a scheduled session of Reiki between 6 and 8 pm.

You can come for some or the entire evening and enjoy the sense of peace and calm Reiki provides. Healthy snacks and tea are available. You don’t have to be a Reiki practitioner to join in. Those attending often comment on “how welcomed” and “relaxed” they feel and “how peaceful” the evening is.
