As we are not deemed an “essential business” we have unfortunately been forced to close down the shop front. That being said, we are trying our very best so set up pick up or in some cases delivery options. Please contact us via our facebook account, or call 978-985-4592 to inquire about these options. Additionally, stay tuned for our line of hand sanitizer and face masks! Be well!

Current routine will be our homage to Broadway. You can be a Broadway diva in your living room. No critics, whew!
The whole streaming thing is working pretty well. I’m awaiting some new equipment to further improve the quality of the music and a better mic that doesn’t cut out when I sit on the floor. Fingers crossed.
It’s amazing how many people have been “attending”. I had some folks from Florida and upstate NY join us last week. Pretty cool.
So here is how it works. It will be easier for you if you download the Zoom client for meetings for a desktop or laptop, or the app for phones and tablets.
Click here for the link to download the client or the app
Then click on this link which takes you to my web site and a list of the week’s classes
Click on the right class link. Otherwise you will be all alone!
If you have downloaded the client/app, the meeting will open automatically in that interface.
If you have not downloaded the app/client, it should open in a web browser.
If you need any techie help, call me 617-851-2738 or email me at contact@niawithlinda.com
You can join early and sit in the waiting room. Just like a doctor’s waiting room but better. Once there, turn on the “start video” button at the bottom of the screen. That will allow you to see others and for them to see you. If you want to be incognito, don’t start the video.
For Restorative Yoga, find some cushions, large books, yoga blocks, blankets, whatever you can use instead of bolsters and blocks. We make it work.
I’ll leave the audio open till the class starts. If I leave the audio on, it interferes with my audio and we can’t have that! I’ll open it up at the end but if you need to get my attention, you can raise your hand. It is an icon in the middle of the bottom of the screen. I will see it and I can stop and turn you mic on. Such fun!
Feel free to share this with anyone who needs to move and have fun!
Love to all and stay healthy,
Linda Wilkes

With Hope There is no Fear~
By going with the flow of life we are staying in the present moment and the load is much easier than trying to carry life @deepakchopra
When we take a breath, step back, and let go, we can get caught in the ease of the flow…making it easier to activate the hope inside us.
With hope there is no room for fear.
Can you activate the hope inside you and let go and be with the flow of life?
Inhale, exhale, Inhale, exhale….

Urgent Message to Business Community from Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospitals (Lahey Health)
Dear Business Community,
Thank you for your interest in supporting Beverly and Addison Gilbert hospitals as we work to contain the COVID-19 pandemic and keep our communities safe. Every day, our providers are putting their health on the line to care for patients. With the nationwide shortage of key medical supplies, we appreciate your desire to help.
We’re asking business leaders in our community to consider how they may be able to contribute. We have established an Emergency Response Fund to provide immediate resources to be deployed for this and future emergencies. Gifts may be made by choosing “Emergency Response Fund” from the dropdown menu on our online giving pages at Giving.BeverlyHospital.org and Giving.AddisonGilbert.org. We are also seeking donations of lab, testing, and diagnostic supplies, and new, unused personal protection equipment (PPE) needed to combat COVID-19.
We have a specific need for the following supplies:
– Hand sanitizer (containing at least 60% ethyl alcohol)
– N95 masks
– Eye shields
– Goggles
– Hepa filters
– Gloves (latex-free)
– Disinfectant wipes (from the EPA-approved list of disinfectants)
If you have any of these materials and are able to make a donation, please email MasksForBHandAGH@lahey.org and include in the subject line: COVID-19 Donation. We will respond as quickly as we can and are grateful for your support.
Donations can be dropped off in two locations: at the Beverly Hospital loading dock or at the Addison Gilbert Hospital loading dock. Click here for donation drop off information, and click here for Gift-in-kind acceptance form to include with your donation. Please fill out and bring the gift form to leave with your donation, or email it to MasksForBHandAGH@lahey.org If you prefer to talk by phone, please call 978-236-1600 and leave a message with your name, intended donation and question, and we will return your call as quickly as we can.
Thank you for all that you do to keep our community safe.
With gratitude,

Last Thursday’s test went pretty well. I did get a new cord so I’m hoping the music will be of better quality. It did in a test session yesterday, but you never know!

So find some space in your isolation chamber, I mean your home. Clear it out so you don’t kill yourself banging into a lamp or dresser.
We will survive this but things like streaming classes this will keep us together. Sorry two song titles in one sentence, my bad.

Well, I’m sure it will be entertaining so you won’t want to miss seeing me dancing in my office. Hopefully the technology gremlins will be in quarantine and not bothering us.
OK so here is how it works. It will be easier for you if you download the Zoom client for meetings for a desktop or laptop, or the app for phones and tablets.
Click here for the link to download the client or the app
Then click on this link to bring you to the list of my Zoom meetings
You will want to click on the Thurs. 10 am class. Otherwise you will be all alone!
If you have downloaded the client/app, the meeting will open automatically in that interface.
If you have not downloaded the app/client, it should open in a web browser.
You can join early and sit in the waiting room. I’m not sure what happens there, we’ll have to see. I think you should be able to see everyone as they join.
I’ll leave the audio open till the class starts. If I leave the audio on, it interferes with my audio and we can’t have that! I’ll open it up at the end. I believe if you need to get my attention, you can raise your hand. It is an icon in the middle of the bottom of the screen. Again not sure exactly how that works in practice but we’ll see. Such fun!
If you need any techie help, call me 617-851-2738 or email me at contact@niawithlinda.com
One silver lining, you can wear your outside shoes on your floor and there are no stairs.
So find some space in your isolation chamber, I mean your home. Clear it out so you don’t kill yourself banging into a lamp or dresser.
We will survive this but things like steaming classes this will keep us together. Sorry two song titles in one sentence, my bad.
