The Power of Belonging ~

The Power of Belonging ~

The Power of Belonging with Deepak Chopra 21-Day Free Meditation Program | The Path to Empowerment

The power of togetherness is a tremendous source of power and strength. When you connect with collective consciousness a major shift occurs.

True empowerment can not exist in isolation…the sense of belonging is true medicine. A network of family, friends and well wishers are important. Being in the present moment is grounding and stops us from running away from our true self to look for outside stimulation.

“Belonging to yourself” is true self-empowerment. You become free of old baggage and the desires of love and kindness are free to come through.

Living in the present, free of judgement and old hurts we belong with who we are with.

Ancient is the New New…

With chronic disease at epidemic proportions around the world, the need for novel preventive and health-restoring solutions is urgent.

Modern research reveals that dramatic reductions in cardiovascular and other chronic disease is possible through lifestyle intervention, however the knowledge base is fragmented, often inconsistent and insufficient to motivate many patients.

Ayurvedic knowledge offers a powerful added dimension of diagnosis, prevention and care through personalization, chronotherapeutics and medical foods and herbs based on the tridosha system that is appealing to the patient, “makes sense,” and is supported by a growing body of research.

Let us introduce you to yourself. Call us to set up a private consultation.

The Tong Ren energy healing is an effective method to working your overall health and wellbeing but has been very effective with people with Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes , Parkinson Disease and other serious illnesses. The primary goal of the healing system, remove the blockages which interferes with the proper functioning of the body.

Fall Equinox

Fall Equinox

The Fall Equinox marks the beginning of Autumn and through the lens of #Ayurveda  It marks the beginning of Vata Season. Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC  suggests a few tips for staying balanced through the transition.

Autumn being cool, dry and windy season means that the Vata elements of air, light, dry, rough, subtle and mobile qualities are present.

Your skin may start to feel dry, tight and a bit rough. A Vata imbalance can make you feel fidgety, lack of focus, ungrounded and/or spaced out.

You may experience constipation, bloating, anxiety, joint pain and/or insomnia.

Peaches and Cashew Cream ~

Peaches and Cashew Cream ~

Summer maybe winding down but there are plenty of ways to hang onto the smells, memories and tastes.

Through the lens of #Ayurveda food combining plays an important part in ones over all health. One food combining that is a no no is mixing dairy with fruit. Here is a recipe that can get around this:

Peaches And Cashew Cream Recipe (Dairy Free)

Ingredients
• 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4-6 hours
• the juice of half a lemon
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• pinch of pink salt
• dash of cardamom
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 probiotic capsule

Instructions
1. Rinse and drain the cashews. Discard any that have gone brown, black or grey. Pour them into an electric blender and add everything but the probiotic. Blend until creamy, adding more or less water to get the consistency you want. Open the probiotic capsule and pulse the blender to mix lightly but thoroughly.

2. Taste, then spoon into a glass container. Cover with a plate then set in a warm, dark place for 2-3 hours. Taste again. It is done when it begins to taste sour. Enjoy!

Cashew Cream is gorgeous as a summer snack or dessert served with fresh fruit, torn mint leaves and an extra squeeze of fresh lemon. It is also healthy, hearty and sunny enough for breakfast where you might add fruit, flaxseeds, soaked pistachios, a drizzle of honey or a spoonful of chyavanprash.

We sell both probiotics as well as yummy chyavanprash and offer one flat shipping rate.
