Restorative Reset with Reiki and Thai Bodywork…Ahhhhhhh

May is a beautiful transition with our environment blooming around us as we move towards summer.
Find that transition with as you reset your body, mind, and heart in this monthly restorative workshop with Megan Ghirardi. Restorative yoga is a relaxing and therapeutic practice that will leave you feeling calm and at ease.
By candlelight, the evening will start off with gentle pranayama (breath work) and a brief guided meditation to quiet the mind. Feel physical tension and stress melt away as we transition into fully supported yoga poses to help soothe the nervous system.
Hands on reiki, therapeutic Thai bodywork, and essential oils will create a spa like experience as you enter a deep state of relaxation and bliss. You will leave feeling refreshed, nourished and replenished.

Celebrating Arbor Day
Celebrate National Arbor Day Last Friday of April – Plant a tree or take a walk in the woods today and enjoy connecting with nature. Dogtown and Ravenswood in Gloucester and Coolidge Reservation in Manchester-by-the-sea are favorite places to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing walk in the woods. The Arnold Arboretum in Boston is another great place. For more strenuous hiking, head to the Green and White Mountains of Vermont and New Hampshire or Acadia National Park in Maine. #NationalArborDay

These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis will help you:
- Manage stress & reduce anxiety
- Improve your relationships
- Create inner peace
- Enhance your sleep patterns
- Lower your blood pressure
- Connect more deeply to spirit

Join us at North Shore Restorative Yoga for two incredible workshops this week that will restore vitality and balance to your life!

THIS Thursday, April 25 from 7-9PM: Restorative Yoga with Acupuncture $60
The practices of acupuncture and restorative yoga are a fusion of the best healing gifts from two ancient Asian cultures. These modalities free up stagnant energies within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies. This process presents an opportunity to let go of the old and welcome the new. Studies have shown that healing is most effective when done in a nurturing group setting. In this workshop students will hold supported yogic postures for an extended period of time while receiving an acupuncture treatment.
The practices of acupuncture and yoga amplify each other’s benefits. This workshop is open to yogis of all levels and ages. No yoga experience is necessary.
