We are thrilled to announce our monthly Full Moon Meditation which started, Wednesday, May 10 with highly experienced meditation practioner, Lynne Kathryn!

Expect some discussion and guidelines initially, and then we will meditate for 20-30+ minutes. There will be time for sharing and balancing ourselves at the end of the session. Join Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC and Acupuncture Works of Hamilton on Saturday, March 4 from 2:00 – 4:00pm by experiencing the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga combined with the balancing of your energy and meridians with #Acupuncture.

As we embrace the Winter season, it is important to strengthen the body and mind and immune system. Each participant will be positioned in a very comfortable restorative pose while acupuncture will be done on meridian points below the elbows and knees to treat the entire body. (And yes, this will relieve your aching back etc.)

While the treatment is going on, you will be lead through a gentle meditation and some Reiki and Cranial Sacral treatments. You will be surrounded by other people quietly receiving treatment at the same time. If you are new to acupuncture, this is a great way to get introduced.

You will float out of this class 🙂

L. Joyce Nolan, L.Ac, M.Ac, M.Ed, is licensed by the Mass Board of Registration in Medicine Committee on Acupuncture. Joyce completed 3 years of study and clinical practice at the New England School of Acupuncture. Her concentrated field of study was Traditional Chinese Medical Theory and Japanese Meridian Therapy in which she received her master’s degree. She also completed a 2 yr program on advanced Japanese acupuncture.

Currently, Joyce serves as a Board Member of the Acupuncture Oriental Medicine Society of Massachusetts.
